Information for booking online 

CUSTOMER BOOKING NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES

TUESDAY 7TH MAY 2024

Due to unforeseen circumstances our offerings are slightly different on these days:

Breakfast - as usual

Lunch (12-3) - soup, sandwiches, scones, tea cakes, cakes and drinks only

Afternoon Tea - as usual

SATURDAY 15TH JUNE 2024
We are open as usual and you can still book, however it is 'Edensor Day' which is a charity event with open gardens and a village fete organised by volunteers in the village.

This years charities are:

Air Ambulance

Helen's Trust

Motor Neurone Disease

There will be no access for parking in the village all day, but there will be parking directly outside so its less than a 5 minute walk to us.

Unfortunately you will have to pay to enter the village on this day even if you are only intending on visiting our tearooms.
£5 per adult

13 and under are free

It is a lovely event and it does make a lovely day out for everyone!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
BOOKINGS

WE DO ACCEPT BOOKINGS AND IT IS ADVISABLE 
DURING PEAK TIMES AND WHEN THERE ARE EVENTS AT CHATSWORTH HOUSE TO DO THIS. THIS WILL HELP AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

- Parties of 10 or more must call up to book a table

 - We do not enable online same day bookings past 9am, please do call us and we can check our availability.

 - We do not take reservations for our outdoor seating. If you book online/phone it will be an indoor table we will have reserved for you.

- Requests can be made but we can’t guarantee we can do them

Afternoon teas (2-4pm)

- can only be booked online with 24 hours notice, and we will require card details to secure the booking using 'Stripe' . Please do not attempt to book it under lunch reservation. It must be booked under the Afternoon Tea promotion. If you wish to have an Afternoon Tea in less than 24 hours notice or at an earlier time you need to call us instead.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel as little as 24 hours notice before your booking this can not be done online and you will have to call us on (01246 582315). Afternoon Teas cancelled on the morning of the booking will be charged.
Children

Please be clear in your comments if children are included in the number you have put down or in addition to., so it’s very clear how many chairs are required for your booking
