Information for booking online 

BOOKINGS

WE DO ACCEPT BOOKINGS AND IT IS ADVISABLE 
DURING PEAK TIMES AS WELL AS WHEN THERE ARE EVENTS AT CHATSWORTH HOUSE TO DO THIS. THIS WILL HELP AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

- Parties of 10 or more must call up to book a table

 - We do not enable online same day bookings past 9am, please do call us and we can check our availability.

 - We do not take reservations for our outdoor seating. If you book online/phone it will be an indoor table we will have reserved for you.

- Requests can be made but we can’t guarantee we can do them

Afternoon teas (2-4pm)

- can only be booked online with 24 hours notice, and we will require card details to secure the booking using 'Stripe' . Please do not attempt to book it under lunch reservation. It must be booked under the Afternoon Tea promotion. If you wish to have an Afternoon Tea in less than 24 hours notice or at an earlier time you need to call us instead.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel as little as 24 hours notice before your booking this can not be done online and you will have to call us on (01246 582315). Afternoon Teas cancelled on the morning of the booking will be charged.
Children

Please be clear in your comments if children are included in the number you have put down or in addition to., so it’s very clear how many chairs are required for your booking

BOOKINGS

We do recommend booking with ourselves especially during Peak seasons and miserable days when we have limited indoor seating. We do accept ‘walk ins’ as well and try our very best to manage table availability. Sunny days are easier to just turn up and grab a table as we have ample outdoor eating spaces from a sunny patio with an ‘alfresco’ style seating space with rattan furniture,  to secluded bench seating spaces where you can hear all the birds chirping away.



AFTERNOON TEA BOOKINGS AND GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASES

If you would like to purchase a gift voucher please head to vouchers on this website and order online. These can be emailed/posted out to you.

 Afternoon Tea (requires 24hrs notice) is best being booked online, via our online booking system above. We would recommend to do this through this website due to card details being needed.

 If you wish to call us the best time to call us is between 9am and 11am or 3:30pm and 5pm.

If you struggle to get through, then of course please email us with your contact details, and we will arrange a call back. This isn’t always same day.
